Embroidered and printed – This patch uses a mix of embroidery and a special printing process for the northern lights.

Embroidered patches – these are the classic patches made up of a backing, merrow border, and various stitch types and colours.

Woven Patches – The woven patch is the best for retaining the fine details in the design. The details are woven right into the fabric.

Bullion Crest – Bullion Crests are embroidered with metallic thread and is the best for dress uniforms.

Embroidered patch – While often used for non-uniform patches, this classic technique is the most common for uniforms.
