Have a look at the company’s previous work? Have they been producing the types of coins you love? Do they do amazing work… consistently?

How can you tell if the company you select will provide good customer support?

Ask people who have previously worked with the company, and ask the company who their clients are. Do they produce coins for cabinet ministers, top-level military leaders, and large corporations? If these people rely on them, you can too.

What other questions should you ask?

Ask if they have dedicated customer support staff, and professional graphic designers. Do they have engineers that manage production with their factories?

Is there anything else you should care about?
