If you phone us, you’ll likely talk with Diane who also looks after our store, ships orders, and keeps our office stocked with a bowl of candy. Although a city girl now, Di will always be a country girl at heart.

Beth is one of our experienced product experts and our top (most highly qualified) in-office staff-birthday card designer. When she’s not maintaining Shortbread’s Instagram feed, she’s exploring the world near and far.

Dixie is one of our product experts, and one of the first people you may talk to when designing custom coins. Dixie loves being outdoors exploring British Columbia’s wild side! She is also a talented artist who loves painting what she sees in nature – and sometimes she paints on canvas.

Montana is our amazing Operations Manager. When she isn’t trotting about the globe to scope out tasty eats, you can find her working with our customer experience team to help bring your coin projects to life!

Kelsey is one of our amazing Graphic Designers. She is from Memphis, TN, and with 10 years of expertise, she can assist you in bringing your ideas to reality in a pinch! Known around the office as the geek culture expert, passions outside of work include video games, Dungeons and Dragons, and LARPing!
